In the teachers' team of our park, we interpret the educational connotation of “teaching for fun, promoting for new ideas, promoting harmony with others”, establishing the concept of “lifelong learning”, attaching importance to garden training, and giving full play to the professional advantages of teachers. With the head of the garden as the core, the teaching and research director as the backbone, and the first-line teacher-based research team, the college education or above accounted for 95%. The high sense of responsibility prompted the teachers to put the “child-oriented” education into the society, in one day activities. It is our constant pursuit to cultivate the personality qualities of young children who are active, optimistic and cooperative.
